HEADS UP - The grounds are cleaned and mowed frequently. However, it does not take long for spiders to set webs in the country, so you may see some on the decks. There is a telescope brush on the patio should you need to brush anything off.

Coffee: There is a regular drip coffee pot which has a mesh basket, so filters are not required. Please bring condiments and coffee of choice.

Propane Tank: Not guaranteed to be full upon arrival. If needed during your stay, please text a picture of the purchase receipt and we will gladly reimburse you.

Toiletries, Etc.: Towels & bed linens provided. 3-N-1 Shampoo/Shower generally provided. Paper Towels & Toilet Paper provided, but bring extra. Dish & laundry soap provided.

Boats, pontoons & kayaks may be rented at Lighthouse Marina. Jet Skis may be rented at Anchor Up Jet Ski Rental.
